This software, its source code, UI/UX design, component
architecture, database schema, booking and partner-onboarding
flows, visual identity, copywriting and accompanying multimedia
assets (the "Work") are the original creation of Hrvoje Buljan
("Author").

The Author grants the operator of pikni.online a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Work solely for
the purpose of operating the Pikni reservation service at
pikni.online and directly related sub-domains.

The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED without prior written
consent of the Author:

  1. Copying, mirroring, scraping or redistributing the source
     code, in whole or in part.
  2. Creating derivative works based on the code, design,
     data model or overall product concept.
  3. Reverse-engineering, decompiling or extracting the data
     model, business logic, booking flow or partner workflow.
  4. Reselling, sublicensing or transferring the Work to any
     third party.
  5. Removing, altering or obscuring this licence or any
     author / copyright notices contained in the Work.

Unauthorised use constitutes a violation of Croatian copyright
law (Zakon o autorskom pravu i srodnim pravima, NN 167/2003
and amendments) and the Berne Convention for the Protection of
Literary and Artistic Works, and will be pursued by all
available legal means.
